Society Hill @ Jersey City is a private, gated community of over 1,400 condos and townhouses bordering the Newark Bay. It consists of three separate phases, Society Hill I, Society Hill II and Droyers Point. Society Hill offers 24-hour security, a walking promenade, plenty of parking, and so much more.

Droyers Point or Phase III offers a clubhouse, inground pool, tot lot, and a fitness center. Every home includes either a one or two car garage plus driveway parking. Floor plans range from 1,444 sq. ft. to 2,146 sq. ft. and range from two to three bedrooms. Phase III consists of 380 units.

DIRECTIONS TO SOCIETY HILL @ JERSEY CITY
FROM NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE:
Take New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 15E. Follow signs for Routes 1 & 9 North (Jersey City). Go over 2 drawbridges and then bear right onto 440 South. Stay on that road for approximately 1 ½ miles. Society Hill is on your right side.
FROM LINCOLN TUNNEL:
New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 15E. Follow signs for Routes 1 & 9 North (Jersey City). Go over 2 drawbridges and then bear right onto 440 South. Stay on that road for approximately 1 ½ miles. Society Hill is on your right side.
FROM HOLLAND TUNNEL:
Follow signs to New Jersey Turnpike. Pay toll and take next immediate exit which is 14B. Pay toll and bear right. Go over bridge to light (Garfield Avenue). Make left onto Garfield Avenue. Go down approximately 3 traffic lights to Danforth Avenue. Turn right onto Danforth Avenue. Follow for approximately 7 blocks to Route 440. Society Hill will be directly opposite you on 440.
Transportation

PATH - The Journal Square PATH is located approximately 20-25 minutes from Society Hill.
Hudson-Bergen Light Rail - The light rail (Westside Avenue stop) is approximately 5 minutes or one mile away and offers a park and ride.
New Jersey Turnpike is approximately 5.1 miles from Society Hill/Droyers Point.
The Holland Tunnel is approximately 6.3 miles from Society Hill/Droyers Point.
The Lincoln Tunnel is also easily accessible.
